CANCELLATION POLICY

Should you be unable to attend,  a substitute delegate is always welcome at no extra charge (please inform us of details).

Alternatively a refund,  less an administration charge of 25% of the registration fee per person, will be made for cancellations received in writing up to 5 working days prior to the event.

Unfortunately no refunds are available for cancellations after this date or for ‘no shows’.  However a late substitute is welcome.

 INDIVIDUAL Registration: $785+ gst pp

For 3 or more people from the same organisation.

* A one day registration is available at 55% of applicable 2 day rate pp
